What is reference management software?
Reference (or bibliographic) management software is designed to help you gather, manage, and store all types of references, as well as create in-text citations, reference lists and bibliographies in your documents.
Why should I use it?
Reference management software helps you to:
- store and organise your references in one place
- group references in folders
- automatically insert your references into documents
- reformat your references into different referencing styles
- save time and increase accuracy of references, reference lists and bibliographies
