Search Strategies : Limiting searches
Databases and search engines allow you to refine or focus a search. This is called limiting your search.
Some of the options by which searches can be limited include:
- Date eg find items published after a given date
- Format eg videorecording
- Language eg English language publications
- Specific fields eg author, title, abstract
