Usage Policy

A maximum of 1 x booking is possible on any given day, regardless of duration (maximum 4 hours or overnight/weekend)
Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance
Laptop must be collected within 15 minutes of the booked time or the laptop may be reassigned to another
Bookings for weekend/overnight loans are available from 5pm. Book it for the time you want to pick it up
Demerit points apply for late return of loan laptops at the rate of 0.5 demerit points per 1 minute overdue (5 points per 10 minutes)
Borrowers who are suspended will not have laptops issued to them
Only UniSA students are permitted to book laptops
