Jan Heath, Manager, Academic Library Services can be contacted to:
- provide training and assistance to researchers, research assistants and HDR students on topics such as database searching, finding theses, finding journal impact factors, checking if your work has been cited
- arrange appointments when visiting with researchers, research assistants and HDR students
Jan Heath is the Manager of the Academic Library Services Health Sciences team and she will be working with her Academic Librarians (Margaret Goedhart and Mary O’Connor) and the Managers of the other Division teams to provide support to the CRE and SGRHS researchers and HDR students.

Teaching and Learning
The Support Librarian: CRE, Lorien Delaney, can be contacted by email to:
- organise training programs for undergraduates in the effective use of information resources
- develop assignment help workshops and online guides
- provide individual assistance for students experiencing difficulty using resources
- assist Academics in finding resources needed for their teaching
- order resources for courses
