The following items are available for loan. Renewals for items borrowed within Australia are granted upon request, subject to level of demand from our students and staff

Theses
Duplicate copies of most theses produced by students of the University of South Australia are held in the Library collection and are available for loan.
Copies of Theses can be provided either in print or electronic format. The cost of this service is AU$71.50 (includes GST). Postal charges are added for delivery to overseas destinations. A quote and details regarding the requesting procedure and estimated delivery times will be sent to you. Only credit card payment will be accepted if not requesting via Libraries Australia Document Delivery.

To assist with prompt, speedy delivery, please send only one request per page and include as much of the following information as possible
- your library and associated institution name, NUC symbol, address, phone and fax numbers
- as many citation details as available
- your institutions request reference number
- credit card details will need to be supplied by email/fax/phone before your request is processed
Delivery times and Service levels
The University of South Australia Interlibrary Loans Supply Service supports all service levels described in the Australian Interlibrary Resource Sharing (ILRS) Code (opens in new window). The item or a negative response will be sent within the maximum supplier turnaround time as set out below

Documents will be sent either as Email attachments, via LADD's Docstore, Fax or postal delivery.
Delivery method for loans depends on destination

Australia Post Receipted Delivery courier which offers next day delivery
or same day service if the item is sent by 11 am
or
Adelaide Academic and Research Libraries courier for libraries subscribing
to this service. This service offers a same day or next day delivery dependent
on a libraries ranking in the courier schedule

Charges
Payment through the Libraries Australia Document Delivery service is the preferred method. From March 1 2007 payments from other libraries will only be accepted by credit card.
Within Australia and Internationally
Credit card details will need to be provided before the request can be processed.
If the
item is supplied payment will be processed and a receipt sent.
