How to make a request for digitisation
This service is for UniSA staff. Request by either:
- Filling out the online Digitisation request form
- Emailing the details to DRS@unisa.edu.au
- Ringing extension 26549
Please note: Checking for copyright compliance takes time and it is important to contact us as early as possible.
What we need to know
The more information you provide the quicker we can process your request. Please include:
- course code (area & catalogue number)
- citation/reference details (title, author, page numbers, publication, etc...) for each reading
You do not need to provide a copy of the reading to be digitised. However, where you have a clean copy taken from a print source we may request a copy to speed up the process.
Where individual readings are unable to be digitised due to copyright restrictions, you will be notified and any original documents returned to you.
Readers on CDROM
Readers provided to students on CDROM must be approved as copyright compliant by the Digital Resource Service before production by Document Services.
Send your contents pages, hard copies of the readings and the Document Services order form to the Digital Resource Service. The Digital Resource Service will forward your order to Document Services once cleared for copyright.
