Who may use this service?
This service is intended for students and staff of the University of South Australia and students of Open Universities Australia. If you are not a member of one of these groups we will reply to your query if it relates to UniSA Library's collections and resources or the University of South Australia
If your query doesn't relate to the UniSA Library please use the Ask Now (opens in new window) service provided by your State Library or the Library of Congress' Ask a Librarian service (opens in new window)
What sort of questions can you ask?

What our service does not provide
- detailed research or database searches
- compilation of bibliographies
- medical/legal advice
- answers to quizzes, crosswords or competitions
- genealogical or family research services
- referrals to commercial services or products
- requests for documents or loans. Referrals to various UniSA Library services will be provided
When can you expect a reply?
