The Library provides an extensive range of value added services to support university staff and postgraduate students with their research.
Each Academic Division and research concentration of the University has a designated team of librarians. To identify the team which supports your Division or research concentration, consult Academic Library Services (Division teams) or Academic Library Services (ALS) for Research Concentrations
Academic Library Services teams offer group sessions and individual consultations for a range of services, including
- Strategies for Successful Research: finding and managing information series of oncampus and online workshops
- tailored training sessions for research groups
- assistance with using electronic information resources in your area of specialisation
- identification of resources to support your research activities
- assistance finding journals in which to publish
- advice on locating journal impact factors and citation data
- assisting you to keep up to date in your subject area
The Library also supports the University's research initiatives, including
- arrow@UniSA an online repository where all UniSA Researchers can deposit their theses and other publications
- Research Quality framework (RQF). The RQF Resources page has information about how to obtain bibliometric measures such as journal impact factors and citation analysis
