AMED is a bibliographic database with information about published journal articles in fields allied to medicine and alternatives to conventional medicine. The scope of coverage is strongly European with the majority of titles in English. Australia is also well represented in this database. Subjects covered include acupuncture, osteopathy, Chinese medicine, homeopathy, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, hypnosis, herbalism, physiotherapy, chiropractic, holistic treatments and podiatry.
