Source documents are predominantly Australian journals with some New Zealand and South East Asian titles included. Subject coverage includes management, training, human resources, communication and marketing, organizational change, competency based training, total quality management, workplace relations, enterprise bargaining, customer service, employee communication and business ethics. Case studies are also included.
