- Australian Copyright Council (opens in new window) an independent non profit organisation that publishes books, information sheets, copyright reports, articles, papers and submissions of policy related to all forms of copyright
- Copyright Act Australia (opens in new window) the Australasian Legal Information Institute provides the text of the 1968 Copyright Act
- Copyright Agency Limited (opens in new window) not for profit member based organisation which manages licensed copying of literary, dramatic and artistic works. It acts as a channel between copyright rights holders and those who copy their works. Australia
