- Notices for UniSA staff and students (including OUA) are sent via email to your UniSA email account
- Notices for other borrowers without a registered email are posted
UniSA staff and students should contact Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) if you do not know your email address
Courtesy reminder notices
For items with a loan period of 14 days or more all borrowers will be sent a courtesy reminder notice 3 days before the day the item is due. To avoid demerit points you need to return the item or renew it online by logging onto "My Record" from the library catalogue at: http://catalogue.library.unisa.edu.au (opens in new window)Overdue notices
An overdue notice is sent for all overdue items 1 day after the due date. A second overdue notice is sent 7 days after the due date for overdue items with a loan period of 14 days or greater. Demerit points start to accrue when items become overdue
Invoices
Items that continue to be overdue are invoiced at the following intervals:- 4 hour loan - 2 days overdue
- 4 day loan - 4 days overdue
- 14 day loan - 14 days overdue
- 28 day loan - 14 days overdue
Remember you should be checking your loan receipt, MyRecord or myUniSA.
