University of South Australia Library Study Room Booking System

Usage Policy

A maximum of 1 x booking is possible on any given day, regardless of duration (maximum 2 hours)
Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance
Keys must be collected within 10 minutes of the booked time or the room may be reassigned to another, and room forfeited
Demerit points apply for late return of study room keys at the rate of 0.1 demerit points per 1 minute overdue (1 point per 10 minutes)
Keys are not allowed to leave the library
When vacating a study room, please ensure that you return all library items, take all your belongings with you and leave the room in a tidy state
