NAIDOC Week 2025 will be held from 6–13 July, celebrating the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. It’s a time for all Australians—within and beyond these communities—to reflect, learn, and engage with the world’s oldest continuous living cultures.
This year’s theme, The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy, highlights the resilience and vitality of First Nations culture. The symbol of fire represents connection—to land, to community, and to the rich traditions that continue to shape identity and purpose.
Events and activities will take place across the country, offering meaningful ways to celebrate and support your local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
