Upcoming network disruption Sat Aug 9 between 7 and 11 am

As part of ongoing works to align the UniSA network with AU network design and standards, important network improvement works will take place on Saturday 9 August between 7 am and 11 am across all UniSA campuses.

During this time, staff, students, and researchers at all UniSA campuses, including regional campus sites, may experience brief network disruptions both on and off campus. These interruptions will be limited to the scheduled window and once completed, there will be no impact on your day-to-day network experience.

What you need to do:

  • Be aware that network access may be impacted during this period.
  • If possible, plan around the window to avoid critical online activity.
  • No action is needed unless you experience issues after the works are completed.

Need help?
If you encounter ongoing problems after the maintenance window, please contact the Service Desk. Updates will be shared through UniSA communication channels.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
