Description: Streaming video accessed via the UniSA Library, YouTube or similar video sharing websites and podcasts

Notes

  • URLs are not included for subscribed products or those accessed via UniSA Library.
  • When videos are part of a series, capitalise the name of the series in-text and in the reference list entry. Film titles are capitalised when named in-text but not in the reference list.
  • Cite the director (dir.) of a film or program as main author. Where directors are not identified, cite the producer (prod.) or authoring company.
  • For TV transmissions, include channel and screening date in your reference list entry. If year of screening differs from the year of production, include year of screening in the screening date.

Notes

  • Always identify that it is a podcast/vodcast in the reference list entry. Also identify the source, e.g. URL, iTunes.
  • When podcasts are downloaded or streamed from iTunes or other platforms, write the platform instead of URL.
